The Global Organizational Behavior Analysis for Financial Risk Management Utilizing Artificial Intelligence

Enterprise financial risks are analyzed utilizing the theory of organizational behavior, and a risk management system is constructed to improve design algorithm enterprise system. Base on CCER (China Center for Economic Research) database, early warning model containing five indices proposed enterprises. Through Logistic regression analysis, principle based AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology explained. The innovatively introduces integrated learning method, optimizes objective function through XGBoost (eXtreme Gradient Boosting) algorithm, trains BP (Backpropagation) NN (Neural Network). Finally, following comparative effectiveness method verified.
